Unresolved Conflict resolution screen is blank or empty

  Live Desktop says I have 50 unresolved conflicts.  I click on it and takes me to the first file conflict.  I click on one to keep and the dialog box becomes empty except for the text:  "Click what you would like to do.".  I now see skip and cancel buttons.  What am I supposed to do?  What happened?  Is the conflict fixed?  What am I skipping if I've already made my selection and the dialog box is empty to choose something new?  If I choose skip it goes to the next set of files.  I pick one to keep and the dialog box is empty again except for the text.  Am I supposed to click on something other than the skip or cancel button?  I'm running Windows 7 and I'm a PC.
