  • Hi,

    Can any body tell me how to integrate CISCO IP PHONE with MS CRM 4.0

  • There is a solution available from Cisco for MS CRM dynamics CRM. It is called Cisco Unified CallConnector. If your customer already has a Cisco IP phone system I would advise you to get in touch with their Cisco contact and ask Cisco to install the connector for MS CRM Or at the very least scope the integration and provide you with instructions for installing the connector.

    I would strongly advise against building your own custom solution as the it will need to me modified everytime your customer upgrades their phone system or any of the components.

    m stuck in a problem.......m given the job of installing both client and server for "cisco unfied call connector for ms dynamics in crm" . i installed both but cant bring it to work. initially i did not have the dial symbol in crm but after i changed the customisation to outlook as well i got thtat symbol. after that when i tried to search for a number stored in the database i culd successfully do that and then pressed the call symbol but , the phone does not ring .........the client box dissapears, does not give an error message also....please help ...how can i get this thing to work.
