Changing Current Status when importing data RRS feed

    Hi,

    We run CRM4 and I've been working on a way to export leads from CRM into Excel, have telesales work on the list and then reimport back into CRM again with updated fields.

    A lot of the leads in our database are disqualified and I'd like to know if it's possible to change the statuscode from a disqualified status to open when reimporting the data.

    For example, if telesales speak to a old disqualified lead and want to have this reimported in an open state as they now have an interest, what field could we export within the Excel spreadsheet that would allow them to update for the lead to be reimported in a Open New state?
