  • Hi,

    I need to get access to the timespent field in case resolution.  I need to include the data in a workflow, as well as in a report.

    I have searched, but do not seem to have the fields that are mentioned in the articles I have found so far.

    Where is it stored.....how do I get to it???

  • The timespent field is stored in the 'Case Resolution' entity.

    It is not available to be used directly in workflow. You'll either need a custom field on case that can hold this value & is filled using a plugin OR use a custom workflow activity to access it.

    You can query the filteredincidentresolution view to get the timespent for reports.
