Windows 7 is not genuine problem.

Question

Neighbor took their machine to Bestbuy to fix an error regarding their user account not being valid (I do not know how that happened). BestBuy seems to have just installed a dell oem version of Windows 7 professional on top of the current installation to give person access.
Now when the machine boots a window opens stating that Windows is not Genuine. A file called legitcheck gets installed into the download folder of the computer.

The installed copy of Windows 7 is non-genuine. Print a copy of the MGA report and go explain to the Best Buy store manager and tell him/her the PC owner has apparently been defrauded.
