Trying to install onecare on 2nd pc with new subscription

When I tried to install it on the 2nd computer I received an error id# 0033-80040397, what do I do from here?

The 0033 error indicates net framework 2.0 is missing or damaged. See this Microsoft Knowledge Base article to resolve the issue - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912968/en-us
