Problems assigning contacts

  Hi

  I want to Fix a problem with assigning contacts, we can not assign from a user from a parent Business Unit to user from a child Business Unit. Here is an example

  Jerry is a contact, He should be assigned to Henry not Bill. Bill is from the Parent Business Unit and Henry is from the Child Business Unit.

  Im a System Administrator and get this error. "Insufficient Permissions" The logged-on user does not have the appropriate security permissions to view these records or perform the specific action"
