KeithMills,
The online activation for Office 2003 for Small Businesses may be suspended and
therefore a telephone activation will be necessary. The following website provides the phone number to call.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326851
The purpose of this forum is the support of Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) program. Your question is off topic as well as outside my area of knowledge. I suggest posting your question to one of the Office newsgroups here: http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?d=1 or http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.office.misc&lang=en&cr=US
If you should have other non-WGA questions please visit our other communities for helpful information here: http://www.microsoft.com/atwork/community.mspx . Thank you for visiting the forum.

I failed to state that i am having an "activation" issue. I can not activate the product. I activated it about 1-2 weeks ago. I was hit by a nasty virus, reformatted my computer and reinstalled Windows and all my software, including MS Office. Small Business edition. I was hit again last night by something else and had to reformat my computer again (AAArrrggg!!!)
Thanks,
Keith
