When connecting to your server the session is (trying) to share your local printers om the server, however since you have no drivers installed you get these messages in the event log. If you don't want these messages (and if you want to print to a local pinter when from a terminal serrver session on your sever) you can install drivers for each of the local printers on the server.
If you don't want to print to you local printers from a remote desktop session on the server and you are using you should expand options from the remote desktop connection dialog, then local resources tab, then unselect printers. If you are using remote connection to your server from your server homepage in a browser session you should nornally get a dialog which allows you to select local resources before connecting
