live mesh hangs on connecting RRS feed

    Dear all,

    i have vista32 and i have installed live essential 2011 where windows upgrade were installing upgrades.

    at this point my pc had a restart loop during the phase 3 of 3 of upgrade installation. Resolved the loop by loading a system restore point.

    When my pc booted i can login in windows live 2011 messenger but not on live mesh. the connection hangs on "connecting" and several minutes after there will a popup that says there may be some problems in my internet connection. 

    Reinstalled windows live essential, .net 4 client paltform and silverlight, nothing happens.

    Sorry for bad english.
