I am an F# fan & also trying to learn probabilistic programming with PyMC3, Stan, Edward, but also Infer.NET, of course.
My attempts to have Azure host the
Infer.NET \Samples\F#\TestFSharp
as Azure F# notebooks are here: (https)
notebooks.azure.com/ian-buckley/libraries/probabilistic-programming/tree/InferNET (sorry no proper links allowed)
Log-in & clone to edit & run.
I cannot speak for everybody, but I find that Azure notebooks are a good way for me to get up & running with the Infer.NET framework.
I’ll be adding anything that I get working to this Azure notebook "library" subfolder.
(The paint is still wet on the F# notebook facility, & there seem to be problems with files in subfolders, but it’s getting there! Sometimes you need to open the whole folder in Jupyter Lab to get things working properly.)
I hope that is interesting?
