Language in forum interface

Question
-
For the last few days, I've been getting strange languages in the captions on IE's window tabs. Instead of "Word for Developers Forum" I'll see Chinese, Russian, Spanish, French or Portuguese for the Word "Forum". The behavior also hasn't been consistent on all the tabs open in one instance of IE, some have been in English, others in what ever the "language of the day" is.
This didn't bother me so much, but what happened today does:
When I click the "Frequently asked questions - Forum Help" link the FAQ page is in Portuguese. And no matter what I do, I can't get it to display in English (or any other language).

hi Cindy
I think this is the same issue as posted by me here: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/reportabug/thread/285b9acb-a579-4842-9ab3-2bab5a6f0587
(yes it is the same bug - pasting those characters to online translators results always in the word "Forum").

This is a known issue that the forums team is working on.

Hi Ed / Daniel
Yes, this sounds like it. I did do a search yesterday, before posting, but I searched on "Language" rather than "characters", so nothing turned up. And with a ton of SPAM on the first page, there wasn't much to see when I did a visual skim.
Personally, I'd rather it were Russian than Portuguese, as it appears to have settled down to... <sigh>
Edit: I see "you" have moved the FAQ to the TechNet Wicki since I posted, so I guess my request had some effect :-)
