After installing one care I can't scan and I can't submit to one care help because it blocks active x install/run in unsafe manor ! can you believe this? RRS feed

  • I can't send an email or chat or anything else to one care to even discuss my problem. I changed the browser security settings back to default that were changed by installing once care. and even turned off the firewall and still can't submit a trouble ticket. Always blocks the active x even though I added the URL to the allowed list.

    I unistalled MaCaFee suite I paid for a few Months ago thinking this would be better.  I am now stuck with no scanning, can't send a trouble ticket and misc. other hiccups I haven't even had the time to research.
