  • From your report:

    Error: product key not found

OEM SLP copies of Windows like yours need to link with the SLIC table in the BIOS in order to remain activated.  The manufacturer has provided a back up product key for when this fails.  Find the COA sticker affixed to the bottom of your computer or in the battery compartment.  Copy the product key.  Click Start, type "slui.exe 3" and hit Enter.  Follow the instructions.

You have somewhat of a problem, as evidenced by the error message highlighted above.
For what version and edition of Windows is your computer licensed, *according to the COA Sticker* on the machine's case?

You have a Trusted Store Tamper - which is often the result of a malware infection, but can also be the result of attempting to break licensing restrictions.

It is this Tamper which is causing your problems with activation.

You may be able to fix things by using System Restore to go back to a time before the notification was showing - or you may have to properly remove all malware from the system.
Boot to Safe Mode With Networking
Then download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware www.malwarebytes.org and update it, and run a full scan (DO NOT enable the Real-Time protection option!). Delete everything it finds.
The reboot to Normal Mode, and run a System Restore back to a time the system worked properly,
You will probably need to reinstall Malwarebytes after that, and run another full system scan and removal.

Then run another MGADiag report, and post back with your results.
