I wanna ask about email tracking token for email router in CRM 2011. I try to send an email for my contact and every I send an email, there is additional for subject email. For example, Subject : "Test Email CRM:00". I want to remove "CRM-00"
from subject email.
I have uncheck the "Use tracking token" in System Setting. But still happen for every email.
Really appreciate your help.
