  • Unfortunately, your MGA Report shows that a pirated System Locked Pre-installation (SLP) copy of Windows 7 Home Premium is installed (your computer was manufactured sometime in the year 2007, two years before Windows 7 even became available).  To properly resolve your issue, you'll need to purchase a conventional "Full Retail" edition of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install".  Genuine Windows can be purchased from the convenience of the Microsoft Store.

As an alternative, you can use the Acer Recovery Media Purchase Program to obtain the original Windows operating system (probably Windows Vista) that was likely installed at the factory on your Acer Aspire 5220 PC.

You have a Windows 7 installed using an OEM_SLP Key from an HP computer ii your Acer - which was built two years before Windows 7 was released
OEM_SLP Keys are only valid in the computer for which they ware designed and certificated.
    Your installation is non-genuine.

You should reinstall the original OS using the proper manufacturer's Recovery disks
