Are you using On Line or On Prem?
If you on OnPrem, you can call the SSRS webservices and download the pdf report that way as described by - http://ankit.inkeysolutions.com/2012/11/dynamics-crm-2011-creating-e-mail.html
If you are OnLine, then this technique won't work. There are work around - but they won't work through a plugin - only through html/javascript/silverlight (http://xrmmatrix.blogspot.co.uk/2011/06/creating-report-as-pdf-attachment-in.html).
