Where to download the Windows Home Server SDK?

Question
-
I just got a Windows Home Server a few days ago, and Wow, am I stoked! I can't seem to find the SDK anywhere. Maybe I just don't know the right name to look for.
I have seen links like http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb743248.aspx which take me to where documentation for the SDK can be found, but I can not find the actual SDK. I've checked the Microsoft downloads, MSDN subscription downloads, and even opened up Visual Studio 2008 thinking maybe the Microsoft.HomeServer.XXX namespaces might be included, but still no love.
Can someone post a link to where to actually find the SDK, and what it's name is if it's not called "Microsoft Windows Home Server SDK"?
Thank you,

The files are on the server, but instead of using the Home Server Console to connect, you'll need to use
Remote Desktop to connect to the machine (with the Administrator account and your admin password).
From there you'll be able to find the files and copy them to a share your dev PC can see.

Opps! First time I've seen an SDK where it was only documentation and I didn't need to download anything else.
Thanks!

While the SDK itself isn't downloadable... you may want to take a look at a few of the downlodable tools I've made so as to make WHS development a little easier.

Yes, this site contains the documentation, but I am still missing the two DLLs. I've looked everywhere for:
HomeServerExt.dll
Microsoft.HomeServer.SDK.Interop.v1.dll
I've seen one person reply that they can be found by joining https://connect.microsoft.com/WindowsHomeServer, but even after doing that I can't find these files.
Is there anybody that has a link or very specific instructions on how to get these DLLs please?
Thank you,

P.S. Please don't mark your replies as "the answer" as it stops others from sending help thinking I have already got my answer.

You will find those files on your server, in C:\Program Files\Windows Home Server.Wednesday, December 12, 2007 1:32 AMModerator

Thanks Ken, but they are not there either... maybe it's because the home server I installed was the HP MediaSmart server. I do have the C:\Program Files\Windows Home Server directry, but out of the list of DLLs in that directry, I still can not find HomeServerExt.dll and Microsoft.HomeServer.SDK.Interop.v1.dll. (These are not on my computer anywhere.)
If these files are on the HP Home Server itself, I can not see them there either. (If there is anything like a Program Files directory on that box, it's hidden from me with both the web interface and connecting to it as a network drive.)
Any other ideas of where to grab these DLLs? I can't believe what a hard time I'm having locating these things as it's obvious that many other people on this forum is using them.
Thanks,
Jim Tomasko

Thanks Brendan... obviously even though I've been developing Windows software since there was a Microsoft, I'm still somewhat of a networking moron (which I'm attempting to finally correct after all these years). I had thought there must be a way to get to the HP Server, but had not even concidered that Remote Desktop would do it for me.
I now have these files and can move on. I'm still a bit shocked that there is not a Microsoft link for these that I have found yet.
Thanks to you and all that have replied, good luck to all of you!
