Related Topics were no help. My initial problem happens when I hit the left arrow to return to a previous web page. It returns for a few seconds and then rebounds back to the previous web page. I figure Mr. Fix It can solve this glitch, but when I try to activate Fix It I get this error code: 16977921-2147023836. My PC is a Dell XPS, Pent. 4 with Service Pack 3. Would sure appreciate your help.Friday, July 8, 2011 9:45 PM

Thanks for your posted. May I know which troubleshooter you have ran when you encounter this error code?

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your interest in Fix it Center(Beta). To futher find the root cause, I need some your information. Could you please tell me some information as following?
1. Which Troubleshooter or XXXX_MATS_Run.exe you run?
2. Please go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer->Applications and Services Logs->Fix it Center/MATS Error or Warning logs. If you can't find it you can try Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Applications-> Fix it Center/MATS Error /Warning logs.Looking forward to your reply.

Alex thank you for responding.
In answer to your questions:
1. There was no troubleshooter and I have no idea what xxxx_MATS_Run.exe is.
2. I got to "Event Viewer" which provided:
a. Application 506 events
b. Security 1,603 events
c. System 1,192 events
d. Internet Explorer No items
I did not find Fix it Center/MATS Error or Warning logs. I hope what I did find would be helpful. I sure am looking forward to your response.

There was no trouble shooter, the error code shows when I try to activate the application.
