Dial pad not working in office communicator 2007 with enterprise voice RRS feed

    Dial pad is not working, when I press the buttons it doesnt generate DTMF.
    Any suggestions?

    Is this happening only on one client? Does it work on other client's with the same user logged in?

    Do you have any errors in Event Viewer on the client or server?

    Are you able to right-click users and select call and have the call go through?

    Just trying to get a better idea of your environment.
