thread deleted?

Question
-
why exactly was my tread denied?
i just want an answer from Microsoft. It's not like my post contained spam or any inappropriate language.
If i asked it in the wrong place, could you tell me where to ask it then?

Your thread was not deleted, I can access it just fine from both your profile and the direct URL. And I can also access the duplicate thread you created as well.

edit: i can still reach my thread when i go to the subforum i posted it on, but when i follow the link in my profile page i get:
"this item has been deleted".
reachable url:
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/3a6a3606-3bb5-4f0e-9bac-643a9bde0352/desktop-theme-wallpapers-disappeared-completely?forum=w7itprogeneral
this isn't relevant to my question but still something you would probably want to know, since i'm guessing that's not how it is supposed to work.

great support microsoft... you guys have thousands of employees, millions of users, but i can't post a single question or get a single answer to why i can't post a question?
are you kidding me? my question automatically gets flagged whenever i try to post, and no member of staff cares to explain why this happens. I'm a paying customer ffs...
