When replying to a thread I am redirected to a reply page that does not have the code snippet toolbar RRS feed

    When I reply to a thread, I click on the reply link and normally I would receive an ajax window with the code snippet icon in the toolbar. I no longer receive this. I have tried logging in and out but with no luck.
