5 S » focus: NORMAL FONT WEIGHT
I think this post is self-evident, though the topic is undoubtedly mind-numbly humungous.
There are certain conditions when common use of the "5" and "S" glyphs in this forum would be confusing. Font-weight:normal NUMBER 5 looks like LETTER S, or visa versa. There is a size distinction, but otherwise the top-left upper and top-left lower
sharp corners of number "5" ... got deleted. What happened to CORNERS "5"?
Examine the number glyph 5, there are 5 Silly mistakes. 4 top-left corners and 1 topleft upright. COMPARE FONTWEIGTHNORMAL 5 :
5 FONTWEIGHTBOLD AND YOU CAN INSTANTLY SEE WHERE THE CORNERS FELL OFF. Compare 5 : S and realize that without proximity revealing size difference either could be an "S" but both make a poor "5". 5omething has to be done about the CORNER5
ON THAT NUMBER 5.
