have you ever lost some mappings during deployment? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

i created some mappings on my dev system and published them. After exporting customizations and importing them to production, some mappings were missing. How can this happen? My this be caused by someone importing the entities one-by-one?

    Thanks in advance,

  • This can happen if you export only the custom entity you're working on - without the other custom and standard entities this entity relates to.

Export All entities, then import only the specific entity you're working on into the new organization.

  • Sounds like you could probably put them in a folder and then try it.
