OneCare: renewing subscription - timing issue

My main renewal is due in a few weeks time and is scheduled correctly to renew automatically.

However my current PC is showing as expired. I suspect this may be that I originally used a free months trial, prior to subscribing.

Any ideas on how I can bridge that gap?

Check the date and time on the PC. Also, confirm that it is associated with the same LiveID as your subscription and that it is not the beta code - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2690424&SiteID=2

If you never activated the trial on the current PC, you'll need to activate it with your subscription LiveID to hook it up to the subscription prior to its expiration.
