Win 7 home premium blocked after 1st online activation by only 1 month

Question
-
I purchased original package of Windows 7 Home Premium on Dec 2009, but i used it after clean install on my home PC for 1 month. Later one day a message appeared which i saw only 1 time that the licence key of this region (middle east) has been blocked... then i should contact microsoft y telephone to activate this product! No apparent reason as all hardware were ok. So i added the attached log details.
Here is report for my copy of Windows:

Hello ouser74,
Would you go to http://microsoft.com/genuine and click the Validate Windows button. (tell us what the result is)
Next go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 and download the most recent version of the MGA Diagnostic Tool (the most recent version is 1.9.0027.0 , the version you are currently using is 1.9.0011.0 ). Run the Diagnostic Tool and post the report in this thread.
Thank you,
