Windows Update - "Problem: A problem on your computer is preventing updates from being downloaded or installed" RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have tried to download and install via standard windows update and while the computer successfully validates the download, completes the download, but when trying to install I continually get the message "Problem: A problem on your computer is preventing updates from being downloaded or installed".

This occurs if I try and complete process as normal or do a customer install and try one download at a time.

I have completed the Diagnostic tool with the following results - could somebody please help.

    Thanks in advance.
