  • Question

  • I first bought Office 2007 Home & Student edition. I then bought the enterprise edition thru a WUP at work. I now have OGA problems as the KB949810 always fails to install
I don't know how to sort this out!

  • Hello standinwave,

The support for the distribution and installation of Windows Updates, regardless of the actual nature or content of the update, is done by normal WU support channels:
    http://support.microsoft.com/ph/6527

People have told us here in the WGA/OGA forum that if there is a problem with Scheduled Tasks on the computer, or if the Task Scheduling service is not running or set to run correctly, this particular update (KB949810) can be an issue to install.
For great advice on all topics XP, visit http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp
