? Is it possible to migrate CRM 4.0 Customizations to CRM 2011.

Hi All,

Is it possible to migrate CRM 4.0 Customizations to CRM 2011 (Default organization)?

When i am trying to import customizations from crm 4.0 to crm 2011 getting an error :

The solution file is invalid. the compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml and content_types.xml. Customization files exported from previous version of microsoft dynamics crm are not supported.

Any idea on this?

You can't directly import CRM 4 cusotmisations into CRM 2011. The only upgrade path is to import them into a CRM 4 organisation, upgrade that organisation, then export the customisations from the upgraded CRM 2011 organisation
