Hi,
What will be the URL in sitemap if I want to keep Task entity(Under MY Work) in Main Page to display only Task's view. Looks like if I take 4212 it is displaying Activity Views.
2) How can we keep View's created based on Roles?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
First when you are looking at actvities, click on advance find then click on detail in the ribbon and then you can add filtering creterion activitytype =task as shown in the screen shot.
and then save the view. After saving click on saved view and select the view and set as saved view. It will set this new view with just task as default view.
There is nothing like views based on security role. I answered something like here

I hope this helps.
