Game bar won't work?

  I was recording Agar.io with the Xbox Game Bar. Everything was going fine until I tried the next day. I kept getting the reminder every time I tried to open the Game Bar that it couldnt change the settings. Rather than just fixing it on my computer Microsoft should send an update fixing this bug.
