^Hi,
the exams are not expired so far. But they target an older version of Visual Studio and I expect that Microsoft will expire them as soon as a new major version of Visual Studio is published.
There is nothing that you have to do. You could continue on the Visual Studio 2008 path and gain more exams there. Or you could do the Visual Studio 2010 exams (which is the way I have choosen).
But for example: You could do the MCPD for visual studio 2008 Web Development next and then upgrade. That way you get a MCPD certification quickly. (I was thinking about such an approach but devided to not go that way.
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-vstudio.aspx shows the possibilities.
With kind regards,
Konrad
