reinstalling onecare

i have done everything i have found on these boards to reinstall one care,used all the tools avalable,but i keep getting a code0014-80040154.

please help

0014 typically means that there is a problem with your connection to the Internet. It is being inhibited by something, so OneCare is unable to download the files needed for installation.
