off topic - I can't connect to my offices remote desktop please help!

  When trying to connect to our remote desktop I get an erreor message it says... The client could not establish a connection, and then it says

   

  The most likley causes for this problem are:

   

  1)Remote connections might not be enabled at the remote computer

  2)The maximum number  of connections was exceeded at the remote computer

  3) a network error occurred while establishing the connection

   

  Can anyone help me?
