  • Have you actually logged this with the MCP helpdesk?

Considering the amount of people that use the site, and added to that anything that could go wrong or needs doing, eg patches, upgrades, internet connectivity, hardware failures, powercuts, etc.  The uptime of the service isn't that bad.

  • Hi Dimitri C,

I know its not a permanent issue with the website, but sometimes this issue last for 4-5 days than after few days it starts working. Doesn't matter which browser you are using, I have experienced this issue with IE 7,8,9, Google Chrome & Firefox.

It would be much more appreciable if microsoft support can look into it, and find out why this issue appear again n again.

    Thanks,

    A.V. Mahesh
