CRM 2015 Incoming Emails for Queue not created in CRM RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have a queue in CRM with incoming email set up, some of the emails sent to this queue are not getting created in CRM as activities. It's not happening with all the emails, some of them are getting created.

    I don't see any errors related to that mail box, but i can see errors related to other user mail boxes. But i don't understand how these affect the other mail box.

    Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

  • Which emails are not beeing created?

    We´ve had an issue that emails from our internal mailboxes where not tracked by email router in CRM 2015.

    The CRM 2015 server registry needed an additional DWORD, then it worked for us.

    Maybe you've encountered the same issue...

    DoNotIgnoreInternalEmailToQueues in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM
    Set this registry entry to the DWORD type, and then set the value as follows:

    0 = False
    False value will ignore internal e-mail messages to queues.1= True 
    True value will not ignore internal e-mail messages to queues.
