My Vista Computer has a message in the bottom right hand corner that my copy of windows isn't valid

Question
-
I built my own desktop computer 2-3 years ago, and bought an authorized copy of Vista Home Premium Edition. I've been using that operating system since I built the computer. I've recently had trouble attempting to fix a bad hard drive (using it as a secondary drive in my system of course) and this message popped up in the bottom right hand portion of my screen:
Windows Vista (TM)
Build 6002
This copy of Windows is not valid.
I've found another thread where the user was having a similar problem, and downloaded MGA Diagnostic Tool. Below I have pasted the report it generated. Thank you for the help.

Have you recently upgraded/changed your Anti-Virus?What else have you installed/upgraded in the past few days?
You have a Mod-Auth Tamper - and since there is no accompanying File Mismatch data, it's an In Memory Mod-Auth tamper. This would tend to indicate malware or a driver problem.Check your Event Viewer - see if anything jumps out at you.Try a System Restore back to about 3 days prior to the error message first appearing (but not more than about a month)post back with details, and a new MGADiag report.
