Cancelling Cases through Bulk Edit. RRS feed

    I have issue with Bulk edit feature  for cases in MSCRM 2011 on premise.

    When I made some changes to the fields and Click Save , it updates the value in the field for all selected records.

    But the problem is when I click cancel button, it populated the Case Cancel Confirmation Dialog which seems to wrong.

    Is this a Product Bug ?

     Yes ,

    It is an product bug in CRM 2011. Raised a ticket with Microsoft team.

    Hello,

    I guess it is a bug in the 2011 CRM. Even I am facing the same issue. The issue is not coming the 2013 CRM.

    This issue resolved in crm 2013
