  • i have a one care subscription paid for last month, now i am getting the red icon telling me that my free trial expires in 15 days....

    Just click on the subscribe button, key-in your live id and password when asked and make sure that the live id that you're going to put in there is the live id that you have used when you subscribed to onecare.

    Kindly check for the date and time settings on your computer.

    Check for your subscription id by going to (open Windows live one care) help--> about windows live onecare.  If you didn't see any subscription id and what you are seeing on the main page of Windows Live One Care is a subscribe button, it only means that you haven't associated the installed windows live one care with your paid subscription.

    Hope this works for you.

  • i did as you said and indeed it says my subscription is no longer active. so now how exactly do i associate my paid subscription with the version i have installed on my machine?
