I have a user that complains of disconnection issues while she is on VPN. At the office we have replaced the CAT5 cable, ran it into
a new port of the switch and a new jack in the wall, ran antivirus software on her work computer as well as upgraded it to Win10. It was working fine for a week but just came up with the complaint of disconnecting her because it could not resolve after a certain
number of tries. Not a VPN sever problem either, this user is the only case.
Set laptop to go directly to a remote server. About to put in a new NIC if the new cable from computer to wall won't work. I
want to know if it is just me, or is does this sound like a personal router or ISP problem?
