problems backing up internal harddrieve to external RRS feed

    i need  some help with backing up my main harddrive...  i have a 320gb external harddrive and want to make good use of it...  whenever i insert the start up disks that came with my computer it warns me to do a backup before restoration...thats where i am struck

    This forum is for Windows Home Server.  You should ask your question in the forums related to the manufacturer of your computer, or the appropriate MS OS forums (7, Vista, or XP).
