Windows 7 HP no longer genuine

Question
-
Since replacing my hard drives I noticed that I wasn't getting notifications about Windows Update; now, I've started getting the dreaded Windows not genuine message. I suspect that when I restored from the Acronis backup something may have gotten corrupted, but other than a couple of minor issues, Windows seemed to be performing fine until now. I tried doing an in-place upgrade, but after several hours, it failed, so I'm up against the wall here; I really hesitate to do a full Windows reinstall, but I'd appreciate your input here.
Here is the Diag report; any help will be appreciated.

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -
Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=21730
(you want the iata_enu.exe download)
Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

Well, I'm going to tentatively say you're a genius; as soon as I restarted and started Windows Update, it ran and found 38 updates. I'll post another diag report below. And, thank you! If it turns out not to be the whole fix, I'll be back :)
