Mytechgurus Inc, sold us a Microsoft software for out protection for $199.99, they were supposed to clean up the virus on my computer, we called several times, I had spent 4 to 5 hours on the phone with them, they removed our protection and put yours on,
I asked them several times if they where employed by your company, they said yes, they could not help us at all, I spent 5 hours on the phone with a tech, said he call me back in 15 mins, never heard from them, we had to take our computer to Stapples, who
had to wipe everything off our computer, I had called and asked them to credit my credit card, they told me to email them and we should hear something in 3 days, that was 12/30/11, we have not heard anything, this is a complaint against them I want my credit
card to have a credit on it of $199.99
