    We all enter problems into the forums (MSN Google Yahoo) and with two of the three, it disappears into a black hole, with little or no hope of a reply or solution from the search engine itself.

     

    How refreshing to "speak" to a MS Community Live Search  Moderator, who actually explains issues and solutions, thanks Brett.

     

    I have no motive for the comment other than to give credit where its due, cheers.
