CRM 2011 problem: click twice on buttons and links RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm having some problems with my CRM 2011 deployment..

    I have to click buttons and links twice to have them working,

    I also get many spariodic errors saying: <Message>Unable to get value of the property 'getWindowInformationInternal': object is null or undefined</Message>

    Any ideas please?

  • Managed to solve the problem.

    I had the email router setup with an invalid organisation. Fixed that and solved the problem.

  • I would start by clearing your internet cache/temp files and then restart the browser.

    If that fails the next steps is to review this document: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh204512.aspx

    Specifically the section about 'Configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM Clients for Optimal Performance'.
