Every time I sync I end up with a "view status" message. When I click on it it tells me "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop. Support code: 86000107". Troubleshooter for activesync tells me every thing is working properly. What does this mean and how can I get rid of it? I tried reinstalling the soft ware and doing an upgrade to mobile 6.1 on my phone. This didn't solve the problem.
