I keep getting an error message. RRS feed

  • Every time I sync I end up with a "view status" message.  When I click on it it tells me "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop.  Support code: 86000107".  Troubleshooter for activesync tells me every thing is working properly.  What does this mean and how can I get rid of it?  I tried reinstalling the soft ware and doing an upgrade to mobile 6.1 on my phone.  This didn't solve the problem.

    I read through some of the threads and tried a few things.

    The one that worked was to deselect the contacts from the sync files, re-sync and then select the contacts and re-sync.

    Everything seems to work fine now.
