CRM and Outlook Business Contact Manager

Question
-
I have a user that is running Outlook Business Contact Manager and the CRM Outlook client. Since CRM was installed now the Outlook Task list does not load it just sits in a "Loading" state forever. Do these two programs have issues with running together? If so do I need to remove Business Contact Manager?
Thanks,

There is a fix in Rollup 2 for this behavior.

Hi Ben, generally customers migrate from BCM to CRM and don't use both together. We have seen issues with using Outlook BCM and CRM together, especially when using the CRM offline access client. If you no longer need it, I'd definitely recommend uninstalling BCM.
