    So, I was trying to watch a YouTube video using Microsoft edge, whenever I hit the fullscreen button it freezes the video and then either closes Microsoft edge or refreshes the page, I don't know why this is. It does not only do it on YouTube it does it on other sites. When I use a different web browser it works so it is only a problem with Microsoft Edge. Any solution?

    One way to fix this is to enable "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering*" this method has worked for me and many more, I can't say it's perfect cause it creates heavier load on the CPU.

    If you want to do it head over to Internet Properties, easily done by searching for Inetcpl.cpl

    Go to advanced and first option should be "Use software rendering instead of HPU rendering*"

    Tick that and you should be good, remember to restart Edge too.

    Thank you, this fixed my issue. I was getting a black screen with audio. Funny the video I uploaded ran fine, but everyone else's didn't.
