External live meeting with private certificate RRS feed

    Hi,

I use communicator and login to myname@mycomapny.com

I get a live meeting invite from admin@customer.com, customer.com have a edge server that´s using private certificates

My computer trusts comstomer.com internal root CA

When trying to joing the meeting by clicking the inive in an e-mail, error: domain auth failed

Customers.coms edge allows anonymous meeting participants. I know that a public certificate is required on the edge server to support external anonymous users, but should it not work since I trust the root ca?

"To illustrate that I really trust customer.com internal root CA, they have given me a test user that I can sign in with using communicator, that works using TLS communication using the private certificate. Live meeting works fine in this scenario"

When I logon using myname@mycomapny.com in communicator, I start get an LM invite from admin@customer.com but I can´t join. Why?

    Br,

    Daniel

Solved, had probably forgotten to restart services after setting allow anonymous participants in meetings Smile
