how do I recieve my Voype Telefonica credit? RRS feed

  • I started to use the Voype Telefonia instant messenger to make a phone call from my computer and after I made a $5 transaction I got an error. The transaction was completed and I have the internet payment recieipt, but my account says I have a zero balance. I don't know who to contact to get this straightened out. I have been all through the help articles and it doesn't list my problem. I can't contact anyone from the Windows live team about this problem. Does anyone know who I can contact about my telephone account. I am a little worried because I have given my credit card info and I can't seem to get in touch with anyone now, is this a scam?
